I am Dan. I first used my camera to tell stories while pursuing a career in International development in Nicaragua. Trudging up volcanoes and testing water systems my camera was ever present. As it turned out, I was much more suited at communicating though images than writing reports. Photography and video filtered into other parts of my life traveling and working with non-profits and brands. Growing up in Cornwall, in south west England, the ocean, hills and cliffs have always been my preferred environment. Naturally, the camera went where I did and I started my journey in outdoor adventure photography.
Today I am based out of Oakland in the San Francisco Bay Area.
